Naval Defence provides you the option of purchasing many ships on Corporation Contracts, instead of hauling in your own ships! In order to find out what ships we have on offer, follow the below steps!
¶ Ship Contract Program
If you follow these steps and don’t see any contracts, then there are no contracts of that type available to your corporation. Ask up in our Discord to see if anybody has any for sale or when the contracts will be replenished!
¶ Steps to Complete
To find what ships are currently on sale under this program, complete all of the below steps:
¶ 1. Open the Neocom (the menu in the upper-left corner of your screen), click on the “Finance” menu, then select the "Contracts" menu
¶ 2. Open the “Contract Search” tab at the top
¶ 3. Click on the “Availability” drop-down menu and select “My Alliance”
¶ 4. Type the name of the ship you’re looking for in the “Item Type” box at the top. Partial terms are accepted
¶ 5. Click “Search”
¶ 6. If there are any available contracts for that ship they will appear, showing you what station and system they are in and how much they cost. Make sure you are accepting contracts that are in the same station as you.
¶ 7. Double click the contract to see what it contains. Verify that it has the ship and fittings you need.
¶ 8. Click “Accept” and the ship will appear in your Ship Hanger.
Note: If there are too many search results to choose from, change the Location filter from “Current Region” to “Current System” or “Current Station”
¶ Acquisitions Program
In order to keep doctrine contracts available for convenient purchase by our pilots, our Acquisitions Department acquires ship hulls and modules and puts them up for contract.
This program is supplemental to local industrialists, we want a thriving self-sustaining market. For this reason, acquisitions does not undercut contracts put up by industrialists unless they are considered overpriced. Currently, overpriced is considered more than 120% Amarr sell, since Amarr is our closest trade hub.
Acquisitions prices the contracts they put up at 115% Amarr sell, to cover cost, shipping, and capital investment as well as some profit to fund alliance projects such as SRP.
Acquisitions buys hulls from industrialists locally at 110% Jita sell, which is a win-win as the alliance makes some markup and doesn't have to ship in the hulls and the industrialist gets a profit above what they could in jita without any shipping cost.
Long term goal is for the market to sustain itself, with no need for an acquisitions department.

¶ Hull Purchases Program
To encourage local industry by our alliance pilots. the acquisitions program buys doctrine ship hulls from alliance pilots at an attractive price: 110% Jita sell price.
There is a thread in discord here where acquisitions posts the desired hulls. A series of emoticons indicates the status of industrialists and acquisitions team collaborating:

⭐ the industrialist has all the materials they need and has started building the hull
🚀 the industrialist has created a contract to NLDF at 110% jita sell. They include a janice link in the contract
💲 the acquisitions officer has accepted the contract.
